Built in Bangkok.
Focused on What AI Can Actually Do.
Sawan Link is a Bangkok-based practice dedicated to embedding artificial intelligence into Thai organizations in ways that are measurable, sustainable, and genuinely useful to the people involved.
← Back to HomeWhere Sawan Link Came From
Sawan Link was founded in Bangkok with a specific observation in mind: too many Thai organizations were investing in AI tools without the frameworks to know whether those tools were working. The excitement was real — but the measurement wasn't.
The founders came from backgrounds in enterprise technology, organizational development, and data analytics. What brought them together was a shared frustration with AI engagements that ended with a deployed system but no clear picture of its impact, and with training programs that built enthusiasm without building genuine skill.
Sawan Link was designed to be different in structure, not just intention. Every service we offer is time-bound, scoped, and ends with something your organization owns — a framework, a capability, a process — rather than a dependency on continued consulting.
We work primarily in Bangkok and the greater Central Region, with a deep understanding of the employment dynamics, organizational culture, and competitive landscape that Thai businesses navigate when building AI capability.
Our Mission
To help Thai organizations build genuine, measurable AI capability — one that lives in their teams, processes, and decision-making long after our engagement concludes.
Our Vision
A Thailand where AI adoption in business is characterized by thoughtful implementation, credible measurement, and a workforce that understands and shapes the tools it works with.
Our Approach
Structured programs, clear deliverables, knowledge transfer at every stage. We build with your teams, not for them, so the capability stays.

Standards We Hold Ourselves To
Scoped Engagements Only
Every project has a defined scope and exit point. We don't design engagements with open-ended timelines or outputs that create dependency.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality
All engagements begin with a data handling agreement. Client data is used only within the scope of that specific project and never shared externally.
Baseline Before Recommendation
We establish measurement baselines before making any strategic suggestions. Recommendations follow evidence, not assumptions.
Collaborative Knowledge Transfer
Every deliverable includes a handoff component — documentation, training, or a structured review — so your team can operate independently after completion.
Thai Legal & Regulatory Awareness
Our work accounts for Thailand's PDPA requirements and relevant labor regulations. We flag compliance considerations throughout engagements involving personal data.
Regular Communication Cadence
Structured check-in sessions are built into every program. Clients receive progress summaries at defined intervals so there are no surprises at delivery.
Precision, Transparency, Continuity
AI integration work is most valuable when it produces outcomes your organization can point to, explain, and build upon. Sawan Link structures every engagement around this idea. We focus on clarity — in scoping, in measurement, and in how we communicate progress to every stakeholder level from operations to the boardroom.
Working in Thailand means understanding the specific conditions in which Thai businesses operate: the competitiveness of the Bangkok talent market, the organizational cultures that shape how technology is adopted, and the practical realities of embedding new capabilities into established workflows. Our programs account for these factors explicitly rather than applying frameworks designed for other markets.
We hold a long-term view of what AI capability in Thai business should look like — not a procurement exercise, but a genuine organizational transformation that starts with honest assessment and ends with people and processes that are meaningfully more capable than before. That's the standard we hold our own work to.
